Valley Ranch Patios is a restrictive, planned area development of all Patio Home lots in Hidden Valley Ranch located in the City of Prescott, Arizona. Valley Ranch Patios, Inc. -- The GROUP* -- consisting of all Patio Homeowners, is registered as a non-profit Arizona corporation.

The GROUP was established and is governed by the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for all Patio home lots in Hidden Valley Ranch, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws of Valley Ranch Patios, Inc. and these Valley Ranch Patios, Inc.
