To keep our neighborhood clean and uniform, Hidden Valley Patio Homeowners are subject to the CC&R Restrictive Covenants both of the VRP Patio Association and the Hidden Valley Association (HVA). Any alterations impacting the lot or exterior of the homes need to be approved by both associations prior makeing the alteration. See House Maintenance for more information.
