Welcome to the Hidden Valley Patio Homes web site, brought to you by the VRP Assocation.

The Valley Ranch Patio Home Association consists of the homeowners of 69 patio homes in lovely Prescott, Arizona.

The purpose of this web site is to provide homeowners, prospective buyers, and renters with a variety of information useful to keep our Valley Patio Home neighborhood in the great living conditions we enjoy.


2012 Annual Homeowners Meeting:

The 2012 Annual Homeowners Meeting was held on January 15, 2012. Status Reports were provided to the homeowners by the Board members and Committee Chairpersons. The proposed 2012 Budget was reviewed and approved by the homeowners -- click here for a copy. Sue McGavock was re-elected to the board for another term and Paul Madden was elected as a new board member. We thank all the board members for their dedicated service.

President's Message:

The Recent snowstorm gave us some much needed moisture. Winter went out with gusto and we can now look forward to our beautiful Prescott Spring season.

The Valley Ranch Patio Board is preparing for our “busy” time of year. Nine homes will be painted in May and needed concrete driveway and walkway replacement is underway.

With homeowner approval, the Arborvitae trees along Coyote Road will be removed in conjunction with the Firewise Community Plan. After thirty years they have outgrown their space, cannot be trimmed adequately and many are next to the house. This will make the homes more defensible as well as improve driveway visibility.

The Board of Directors appreciates the wonderful homeowner support it receives. It is an honor to serve the community.

Management Association services employed. The RVP has contracted with DHB Management for management services. Bob Balzano of DHB Management has graciously written a contract to suit our needs. Since we are proactive and hands on, we do not need a full service contract. Pleae remember to write your monthly assessment checks to “Valley Ranch Patios” and send them to DHB Management, P.O. Box 12047, Prescott, AZ 86304.

Association Board Meetings.Board meetings are held the Second Thursday of each month beginning at 5:00 P.M. As always, all patio homeowners are invited to the attend the monthly board meetings.
